HomelyBricks are the unique currency on the Homely platform. You earn them by transacting on or engaging with the platform. You can convert them to cash to boost your saving for you deposit (or give yourself a treat!). Don’t forget to use a Lifetime ISA and benefit from a boost from the government of up to 25%. 

The Homely platform is free to join so it’s completely free to start collecting HomelyBricks!

• You can earn HomelyBricks  by shopping with any of the 2,000+ retailers. Simply find your chosen retailer through the Homely app, click the link, and shop online as usual. Homely will handle the rest, ensuring that the Bricks are credited to your account.
• We will also be introducing new ways to collect HomelyBricks in the near future, so please keep an eye on the app for exciting updates.

• Absolutely! You can collect the HomelyBricks from their spending too. We think this is a particularly good way of accelerating your journey to becoming mortgage ready.
• Simply ask your friends and family to register at homelybricks.co.uk, quoting the email address you registered with Homely. This will link their spending to your HomelyBricks account.
• You can easily share the website link with them directly from the Homely app.

• Currently, you can exchange HomelyBricks for cash to boost your savings for your deposit (or have a little treat!).
• We are also working on introducing more exciting redemption options, so please stay tuned for future announcements in the app.

Once you accumulate a minimum of 500 HomelyBricks, you can redeem them as follows:

• HomelyBricks can be exchanged for cash to be deposited into your savings or current account at a rate of 500 Homely Bricks = £2.50.
• To redeem, simply use the “Contact Us” button in the app, informing us of how many HomelyBricks  you would like to redeem and we will do the rest. 
• Please note that only Confirmed and Bonus Bricks are eligible for redemption.
• In the coming weeks, you will also have the ability to redeem directly through the app alongside open a Lifetime ISA with our partners.

Homely offers several Home Buyer levels based on the number of HomelyBricks you collect. These levels unlock bonus Bricks, provide additional collection opportunities, and grant exclusive benefits.

When you spend on the platform, we show the HomelyBricks earned as Bricks Pending while the retailer processes the transaction. This can take from 2 to 90 days depending on the retailer. Once confirmed, they will show as Bricks Collected. Only Bricks Collected can be redeemed on the platform.

• Bricks Collected: These are Bricks that have been fully processed and received from the retailer, making them ready for redemption, also subject to minimum redemption requirements.
• Pending Bricks – These Bricks are tracked after a purchase but are still in the processing stage. They cannot be redeemed until they transition to the “Bricks Collected” status, which may take between 48 hours and 90 days, depending on the retailer.

• Bonus Bricks: These are awarded for referring users, providing additional information, or participating in Homely promotions. Bonus Bricks are available for immediate redemption, subject to minimum redemption requirements.
